The Information Division serve as a core of the Institute conducting and
coordinating multifarious activities, such as, collection, storage and
dissemination of R&D information; handling scientific and technical inquiries,
publicity and public relations, including liaison; publicity of the institute’s
R & D capabilities through print and electronic media; organisation of
institute’s events; editing of Annual Reports bilateral exchange and other
programmes under international scientific collaboration, including deputation of
CSIR-NBRI scientists abroad and foreign scientists to India and all matters
connected thereto.
